How the programmes work
You choose the visit frequency per unit — twice a year for bedrooms, three or four times for living areas, shops and offices that run all day. We schedule the visits, send the reminders, and keep the service history so you never have to think about it. Each visit covers a service wash, drainage check, electrical inspection and a cooling performance reading logged against the previous visit.
