For a bedroom unit running nightly, once every 12 to 18 months is usually enough, with a normal service wash in between. Units near the kitchen, facing a road, or running all day in a shop clog faster and benefit from a yearly chemical clean.
Yes — a large share of our installations are customer-supplied sets from Lazada, Shopee or electrical chains. We quote a fixed installation price based on horsepower and piping distance, and the workmanship warranty applies the same way.
Daikin, Panasonic, Mitsubishi Electric, Midea, Acson, York, Haier, Hisense, Sharp and Samsung cover almost everything we see. If you have something rarer, send us the model number first and we will confirm parts availability before booking.
The usual suspects are low refrigerant from a slow leak, a coil so clogged the air cannot pass through, or a failed compressor capacitor. Setting the remote lower does not help — the fix depends on which fault it is, which is exactly what our inspection identifies.
Plan for 60 to 90 minutes per wall-mounted unit, since the fan coil is dismantled and washed outside your room. Ceiling cassettes take closer to two hours. We protect the wall and flooring with sheeting, so the room stays usable right after.
Our home base is Bandar Bukit Tinggi, and we routinely serve Shah Alam, Setia Alam, Subang Jaya, Puchong, Petaling Jaya and Kuala Lumpur. For jobs further out, message us — multi-unit bookings usually make the trip worthwhile for both sides.
